Each Skill is an analysis capability: your team talks to it in plain language and the Skill diagnoses an area, reviews your catalog or pricing, organizes scattered information, or prepares a decision with the External Direction framework — all against the cLB methodology, without leaving the conversation.
The difference from the cLevel Agent is clear: Skills analyze and organize; they don't execute actions in your systems. They are the step before deciding. Installation and configuration are handled by Fractional cLevel.
