Frequently asked questions
What exactly am I paying for separately?
The infrastructure: database, hosting and AI model usage, in accounts in your name and with no markup. Usage is logged per channel in your own database, so you see what each agent spends.
Which tools can be connected?
Google (email, calendar, Drive, spreadsheets, contacts and tasks), Microsoft 365 (email), iCloud (email to read, search and send; calendar to view and create events; contacts) and Zoho (CRM, projects and billing), plus your documents. iCloud Drive, Photos, Notes and Messages are not included: Apple doesn’t open them to third parties. iCloud connects with an Apple app-specific password that you enter yourself. Each one connects separately: you start with what you use and add the rest whenever you want.
Can the website agent show anything internal?
No. It only reads the documents you mark as public; everything starts out private. If a visitor asks something you haven’t published, it says so and gives them your contact details.
Can it act in my systems, or only read?
It reads, searches and summarizes instantly. Anything that goes outward or touches money —an email, something in your billing or your CRM— it leaves ready and executes once you approve.
What if a connection breaks?
It tells you which one broke instead of showing you a zero, and asks you to reconnect it.
Do I need a technical team?
No. We handle implementation end to end. You talk to your agent, and the website agent keeps serving visitors on its own.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Your instance is isolated, in your name, isn’t mixed with another client’s or Yair’s, and isn’t used to train anything. If one day you want to continue without us, everything is already on your side.
Does it replace Yair?

USD 6,000 + USD 300/month
USD 6,000 one-time implementation —we build the layer, connect your tools, load your knowledge and leave your agents running— and USD 300/month for maintenance. The infrastructure (database, hosting and the AI model) is in your name and you pay the provider directly, with no markup. In the 15-minute meeting we tell you what that costs in your case.
All prices are + VAT (21%), in US dollars. Invoicing and payment are in Argentine pesos, at the Banco Nación official (sell) exchange rate on the invoice date.
