What do I need before buying?+
Links to several products from your line in your online store, or their photos. And a clear idea of what the campaign is about: a launch, a season, a date. That is enough to start.
How long does it take?+
Up to 5 business days, counted from when you finish loading the brief and the photos — not from when you pay. Most of that time goes into generating the videos, which come out in batches.
What is a scene, and how many are included?+
A scene is a combination of location, character, wardrobe and product. Your campaign starts at a minimum of 8, and every piece the campaign needs is derived from them. We count scenes and not products because the hard part of a campaign is not how many products go in: it is holding identity while everything else moves.
Is anything actually shot?+
No. This service is 100% AI and nobody from our side steps in. If your campaign needs people on set —skin, expression, a garment actually worn— that is Human Campaign Production: Yair shows up and directs it.
Do I own the pieces?+
Yes. Everything delivered belongs to your company, for any use, with no expiry.
What if I do not like something?+
You go into your portal, request the change on that piece and say what you want different. You have 2 revision rounds included on the delivered campaign.
Do you publish it?+
It is delivered ready to post, at the exact size for each channel. Publishing is optional: hand us the access and we publish on the calendar we agree.
What if I do not have an online store?+
You upload your product photos. The link is the preferred route because it carries your real photos with your brand already on them, but it is not the only one.
